NYHC styled metalcore from Finland with over the top vocals that are almost in the vein of 25 ta Life, but deeper/more of a growl. The songs are straightforward and based around burly midpaced chord progressions, so it's all pretty similar, but I like it. It's nothing new, but they write good songs and do what they're good at, and I can live with that. "Misled" is a little bit faster and more energetic, and that's cool because it stands out just a bit. The other three songs are almost too similar to one another, so there's not a great deal that jumps out at you and defines itself from the rest. The recording is pretty good for a demo. I've heard worse from signed bands. The guitar tone is heavy as fuck, drowning out most of the bass, the drums sound alright, and the vocals blend in well since they're so wild. It could be better but I don't have any blaring complaints about the sound. The CD-R comes in a color xeroxed sleeve with a band photo and some images of bloody hockey players, keeping things pretty minimal without including lyrics or anything like that. I've heard better, heard worse, but this is still another strong Finnish hardcore act to watch.
