1. The Analysis of Bison Kills "Vantage" CD that I wrote up a couple months ago was finally released this week, so it's now available for purchase. I've added links to buy it from both the band and the label to the write-up for those interested.
2. Mike from Hirudinea emailed me about the Hirudinea/Watchmaker split CD that I wrote about back in 2006 and asked if I would throw up a mention of the fact that the bands are trying to get the material out there as much as possible due to a lack of promotion over the years, so... you can download the entire split from Mediafire if you're so inclined. Good stuff.

man I’m so sad that Watchmaker don’t exists anymore. Erase from the memory of the man is the best album to “use” the aggression inside you. Instead of smashing the car or destroying something just play this shit really loud.
Hirudinea is also great. I hope they will release something soon. As you wrote there is some power in the songs although they are very “brutal”. One of the better splits ever recorded.
Just kill us!

Nothing, really. The closest you’d find is that “Off the Bat” demo that was tacked onto the “Systems Overload” CD as a bonus (and I’ve heard that that was actually a Die Hard demo, but I don’t know for certain if that’s a fact).

Watchmaker were my favorite band for a long time. I had the honor of booking shows for both them and Hiudinea at different points years back. I hope Hirudinea finally gets around to recording their album sooner than later. It’d be a crying shame if we lost both of these fine bands.

I’ve had to reconsider my stereo set up lately and I’m looking for tips.
I got rid of my big component stereo, and now have a bose wave radio and my computer.
My turntable now has no where to go, cause even the loud as fuck bose needs a pre-amp.
should i get a pre amp or get a turntable to computer connection? Suggestions?
I know some devices exist, mostly designed for ripping mp3s from vinyl.
